Booking Policies

What are the requirements to work with you?

Professional and high quality pictures are REQUIRED and preferred. Please refrain from the use of Snapchat filtered, dull cell phone, low resolution, photos with words on them, or harshly edited photos as they WILL NOT be used. Please limit the use of vendor photos since they do discredit and look less professional. 

I don't have High-Quality Images for my brand, Can I still work with you?

 

High-quality images are a staple in creating premium branding materials that leave a lasting impression on your audience. We take pride in creating the best quality possible, and so, we can not accept bookings for branding packages, websites, or marketing materials without your images meeting the quality criteria.

If you are unable to obtain high-quality images prior to booking, and you are a product-based business, you have the option of shipping your product to our studio to have professional images taken at an additional rate.

Custom ​Stock Images can be purchased to be used in any project. 

Onboarding

  • Design Contact Will Be Sent Via Email 24 Hours After Booking Your Service

  • Design Contract Is Not Required For Returning Clients , Has Been Previously Approved.

After Signed Agreement All the REQUIRED Information Must Be Submitted Via Email If Contract and or Information Is Not Sent within 48 hours Order Will Be Automatically Canceled with no Option Of Refund. By Chance You Need More Time To Gather Your Information Please Contact Us To Let Us Know , An Additional 24 Hours Can be Added To Onboarding Time
All Information Must Be Submitted Email Only , Dream Brands Creative Company Is Not Responsible For Resourcing Information For The Project. Wording is duplicated word by word so please proofread before submitting.

 

Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Once a payment has been made, the sale is final. Refunds will only be issued at designers discretion.By booking client has agreed to the NO REFUND policy.

In-House Payment Installments Are available For All Services Over $300, payments can only be spilt into two installments. Contact For More Installment information.

Klarna or Affirm Installments Are Accepted For Orders over $50 with 4 interest Free payments , Please Select this option at checkout.

 

​Remaining balances are due before final files can be sent; if a client fails to submit their balance, they will not receive their project until it has been received.

 

Turnaround Times

A project's turnaround time begins based on the date provided via client portal, not the exact day booked.

  • ​Turnaround times are not inclusive of weekends - only weekdays; holidays are not included, either.

  • Turnaround times are subject to extensions if clients have not submitted all necessary information to begin/continue/finish projects.

  • Rush fees can be applied on services for an additional $50; Website Design services are not allowed to have rush fees applied.​​

Ghosting Policy

We appreciate our clients to be very attentive during the design process. Please understand that after your receive your designs, or after you place your order you need to respond/or send your information in a timely manner. If you take more than 3 Business days to respond to emails, you will placed at the end our list and your revisions/final copies will be sent once we get to you. 

If you do not respond within 3 Business days, you will be charge a $35 Restart fee. This is because, we value your time and would appreciate if get the same back. We work with many clients, so if you do not respond when needed this sets us back and makes us have to put off work for other clients.

 

Files & Revisions

  • All clients will receive the following file formats depending on their requested services:

  • .jpg, .png, .pdf

  • ​AI & .PSD files will not be provided to clients unless request.​All drafts will be watermarked by Dream Brands Creative Co. before client's approval on final design.​Dream Brands Creative Co. reserves the right to post any content made unless the client has requested a Copyright Transfer Agreement, in which the contract will be sent to the client to sign.

  • ​Clients are given 3 free revisions - color changes, font changes etc. After these have been exceeded, a $10 fee per revision will be charged.

  • Revisions take 1-3 business days to complete but can take up to 5 depending on workload!

  • ​Please also understand communication is key. Once you send information for any work, that's when we're able to begin working. Delayed responses for design work can affect design turnaround.

  • Redesign & revision are different - a revision is a minor change (like a color/font/wording), whereas a redesign is a major change (concept, layout, etc). Redesigns are an additional $40 & will be applied per design.


*For logo designs, if a client wants more logo concepts, it will be a redesign fee imposed.*

Once a client has approved of a design & final files are sent, no additional revisions can be made. If a client needs a revision, a redesign fee will be applied.

 

Disputes/Chargebacks

If you, the client, for some reason decided that you want to dispute our order without communicating with us first to fix the problem, you WILL BE BANNED and SUED. You will not be able to book again! Please communicate with us first because we want to make sure all of our clients are satisfied!

 

Portfolio Credit

As the designer, I reserve all rights to add the completed projects to my portfolio. Reserving these rights allow me to post any completed work on all social media avenues. If you're brand is launching discreetly, please let me know so we can accommodate. 

 

Design Asset Relinquishment

All original designs upon approval will only be retained for 5 business days by the designer after relinquishment. Upon relinquishment, no extra deliverables will be sent after this time. Any deliverables are not to be replicated, duplicated or manipulated by anyone OTHER than Dream Brands Creative Co.

 

Closing of Service

All closing of services will be notated via email. When designs are complete, the customer must complete the Design Asset Relinquishment form before receiving designs. If order is closed from the Communication, Ghosting or Open Project clause. The invoice must be paid prior to reopening the service.  

  • Thank you for showing interest in my brand. I'd love to work with you. Before we start working, let's get to know each other. Complete the New Client Inquiry form. Tell me about yourself, your business, and what your desires/expectations are. After completing inquiry form, I will reach out as soon as possible to discuss next steps. 

  • All major credit and debit cards are accepted. There is also an option to use third parties, such as PayPal and Sezzle to split your payment into 4 interest free installments. 


    Payments must be made in full. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • No, I am not responsible for maintaining the upkeep of your website. After design and development is approved I will no longer update your site unless you are a subscriber to monthly updates.
